These terms of use contain the general terms and conditions related to the use of websites maintained by TVT Asunnot Oy (hereinafter referred to as “TVT Asunnot”) at address https://www.tvt.fi and the services within (hereinafter referred to as “websites and services”) to which the user commits by using the websites and services.

TVT Asunnot has the right to alter the content and availability of the websites and services at any time or stop the publishing of the websites and the services contained within either temporarily or permanently. TVT Asunnot also has the right to change these terms of use at any time.

Intellectual property rights

All materials published on the website and the services fall under the trademark, copyright and/or other immaterial rights of TVT Asunnot, excluding services provided by third parties that may have been added to the website, such as a map service. TVT Asunnot reserves all the rights to the materials published on the website and the services contained within.

The materials published on the website and the services can be browsed and replicas of them can be made by printing or downloading the file to a computer. However, the materials can only be used for non-commercial and personal purposes. The replicas or a part of them cannot be sold or distributed electronically or as a paper copy with commercial purposes, and they cannot be edited or added to other materials or other websites. Press releases can be published in media as long as the source is mentioned.

Limitations of liability

The websites and services are provided “as they are”. TVT Asunnot will do its best to ensure the availability of the websites and services and that they can be used without interruption and errors and that the material and contents are up to date and accurate. However, TVT Asunnot is not liable for any direct, indirect, random, specific or consequential damage, loss of business or business interruptions caused by an interruption in the availability or use of the services or any errors in the services or the materials and information therein, even if TVT Asunnot has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

The website and services may have links to Internet sites maintained by external parties and the services contained within (such as the map service). Such links are services provided explicitly for the users, and TVT Asunnot is not responsible for these websites, their content or the accuracy of their content, or the legality of the registration of data collected on these websites.

Processing personal data (data protection)

The Internet pages of TVT Asunnot may have services that require the processing of personal data. Personal data is mainly collected from the customer themselves and from e.g. Suomen Asiakastieto Oy’s credit information registry and the population data system of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Personal data is used for purposes such as managing customer relationships, performing customer satisfaction and other surveys and customer communications. The collected personal data is part of the personal data files of TVT Asunnot.
